Refund policy
If your newly purchased item doesn't fit you or you didn't received the love feedback you hoped for, we give you the choice of return. For that reason, we tried to make the process the easiest way possible for you. The steps are simple and clear:
1. Just email us at dearvioletclothing@gmail.com and we will guide you through the whole process.
As for your return, we offer you plenty of decisions for each occasion. More specifically your choices are:
- 100% store credit via personal discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
- Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. This procedure takes approximately 3-6 business days to complete (Your IBAN is needed in that case).
- Exchange with another design. Just choose any other available design from our collections and proceed to the exchange. In order to avoid any sold out upon the return arrival we suggest you contact us so to reserve your new pick. In that case just email us at dearvioletclothing@gmail.com.
Delivery Cost
All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
Note that the order's shipping charge cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund on gift cards.

2. Then pack it up by using the original received package (be eco hearted about it!) and return it in a 14-day space from the day you received the order. You are free to use any postal service you prefer.All returned packages must be sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit. Do not forget to include the receipt or we won't be able to accept the return.
3. As soon as we receive it, we'll examine the garment and if it's not worn and at its original state, we'll proceed to the fulfilment of your request. Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about. Don’t forget to check your junk mail from time to time, as sometimes our emails have the tendency to land in there.
Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item is clean, including your original order receipt or packing slip. If the tags are not on the garment, the return will not be accepted.
EXCEPTION NOTE:
Some special Sales or Clearance offers may be labeled as non-refundable. Vouchers will be given to you instead of refund.
